This customer redeveloped their mews property in Clapham and wanted to increase the light between rooms by installating one of purpose made steel fixed partition screens. 

However building control required that the screen must have at least a 30 minutes integrity only fire rating. 

As we are members of the steel window association we are able to supply and certify our fixed partition screens with a 30/0 fire rating as we ensure that the screen is glazed with 7.2 mm Pyrodur glass and intumsecent mastic tape and mastic capping. 

Using this product has allowed the hallway and dining area to become much more open as the light flows through the partition.
